RAHSIA/PETUA AWET MUDA

Di bawah ini diperturunkan beberapa petua oleh orang tua yang dulu-dulu. Inilah antara petua tradisional yang menjadi amalan harian kebanyakan daripada mereka yang Allah kurniakan dengan ‘Awet Muda’.
1. Minum segelas air masak ketika bangun pagi. Jika anda beragama Islam, lebih afdal berselawat ke atas Nabi S.A.W sebanyak 3 kali dulu sebelum minum.
2. Banyakkan memakan ulam-ulaman dan buah-buahan.
3. Jangan meninggalkan solat fardu 5 waktu dalam sehari.
4. Berbuat baik dan ramah-tamah sesama jiran tetangga dan juga terhadap rakan taulan, rakan sepejabat,
5. Jauhi sifat iri hati dan penyakit hasad dengki (phd).
6. Senyum selalu. Jangan pula terlebih senyum. Nanti orang pikir lain pulak....
7. Makan sebelum terasa lapar dan berhenti sebelum kenyang.



Amalan biasa yang sememangnya tiada rahsia antara kita. Cuma, mungkin tak ramai yang mengamalkan petua awet muda di atas, sebabnya, sekarang ni dah banyak rawatan moden yang lebih canggih dan memberi kesan dalam waktu yang singkat. Pilihan ditangan anda.
Kesimpulannya, petua tradisional yang menggunakan bahan semulajadi biasanya lebih berkesan walaupun selalunya mengambil masa yang lama skit untuk menampakkan hasilnya. Tapi bila dah berhasil tuh, biasanya ia akan tahan lama. : )
Lagi cara untuk awet muda ( amalkan mana anda mampu shj) :
i. Biasakan bersedekah ..walau hanya dgn 10 sen.. !!
ii. Jangan merokok..
iii. Semasa berdandan di waktu pagi baca selawat Nabi di kedua tapak tangan dan raupkan ke muka berserta niat dalam hati supaya di indahkan wajah seperti Nabi Yusuf a.s. Amalkan setiap pagi. InsyaAllah..
iv. Perbanyakkan solat Tahajjud ..dgn ikhlas.
v. Tidak makan semua jenis daging kecuali ikan dan hasil laut sahaja.. (utk awet kulit wajah)
vi. Ketika mandi diwaktu pagi [atau bila² waktulah], biasakan dengan menjirus air bermula dari hujung kaki dan sedikit demi sedikit sehinggalah ke kepala! Ketika sampai di dada, bolehlah berselawat [di dalam hati ye] dgn kalimah “Allahumma Solli ‘Ali Qolbi Sayyidina Muhammad”, diulangi sebanyak 3x!
vii. Jangan cepat marah..

Yang lain cari sendirilah ya... sebahagian petua diatas adalah amalan saya sejak kecil..ada juga yang pakcik tak dapat nak ikut..he..he.
